人民網(wǎng)7月11日訊 國(guó)家檔案局網(wǎng)站今天公布第九名日本戰(zhàn)犯富永順太郎的侵華罪行自供。
這份1955年2月至12月的筆供顯示,富永順太郎1895年生于日本福島縣。1926年—1931年1月在哈爾濱日本內(nèi)務(wù)事務(wù)官石川銀三的事務(wù)所任職。1939年6月后,任華北交通株式會(huì)社課長(zhǎng)、資業(yè)局次長(zhǎng),總裁室交通地志室主事。
重要罪行有:
“我于1938年6月調(diào)任資業(yè)局第2交通課長(zhǎng)”,“在路警的名義下對(duì)旅客、當(dāng)然也對(duì)一般沿線居民進(jìn)行了不可計(jì)量的不法行為,后來(lái)路警完全成了對(duì)人民的鎮(zhèn)壓工具”。
1941年12月后,“因我兼任北京華北交通株式會(huì)社本社警務(wù)局所屬中央特務(wù)班班長(zhǎng)職務(wù)”,“嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)視取締第三國(guó)人特別是交戰(zhàn)國(guó)英美法國(guó)的僑民”,“對(duì)于間諜嫌疑濃厚的人予以逮捕訊問(wèn),其中三、四名送了上述日高機(jī)關(guān)。1名是白俄,其它均為中國(guó)人”。
1943年10月,“派遣日本技術(shù)人員潛入西北地區(qū)作密探,搜集交通情報(bào)”。
1943年,“發(fā)現(xiàn)美式重(型)轟炸機(jī)B29型所用新基地,報(bào)告日本軍”。
1944年“制作京漢線南段鐵路恢復(fù)工事計(jì)劃,協(xié)助日本軍河南侵略作戰(zhàn)”。

Juntarō Tominaga(富永順太郎)
According to the written confession of Juntarō Tominaga from February to December in 1955, he was born in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan in 1895. From 1926 to January 1931, he worked in the office of Japan’s Interior Affairs Officer Kinzō Ishikawa in Harbin, China. After June 1939, he served successively as section supervisor, deputy director of Information & Operation Office and chief of Transportation Chorography Office of the President’s Office of North China Transportation Co. Ltd.
Major offences:
“I was appointed section supervisor of the 2nd Transportation Department of the Information & Operation Office in June 1938.” “In the name of railway police, I did countless illegal acts to passengers and residents along the railways. Later, the railway police had become totally a tool to suppress the people”;
After December 1941: “as I was concurrently head of the Central Agent Squad of the Police Administrative Division of North China Transportation Co. Ltd. in Beijing”, “strictly monitored and suppressed nationals from third countries, especially those from the belligerent countries such as the UK, the US and France”; “arrested and interrogated those highly suspected of being spies, among which three or four were sent to the above-mentioned Japanese Secrete Service. One of them was a White Russian, and the others were Chinese”;
October 1943: “sent Japanese technicians to the northwest as secret agents to collect transportation information”;
1943: “found the new base for the US heavy bomber B29 and reported it to the Japanese Army”;
1944: “made the reconstruction plan of the southern section of Beijing-Wuhan Railway to assist the Japanese army in invading and waging wars in Henan”.
